DislikedI paid $300 all together for my room. I haven’t received my $100 deposit back and it’s been a full month since I checked out. They constantly tell me they are sending out request and will contact me within 24-48 hours. I honestly don’t know what to do and you can’t speak to the manager over the phone.

Disliked1) despite multiple room changes the air conditioning was not working, so the rooms were sweltering. 2) my personal belongings were thrown away by the housekeeping staff. Despite numerous attempts to contact management, they are ignoring my requests for information and help. 3) due to the above they agreed to provide a late check out for no additional fee, yet the day after I arrive home there is a charge on my credit card and why I ask why, they say it is for the late check out, and so far are refusing to refund it. 4) total lack of interest from all staff and management in relation to the above. 5) scruffy and old rooms. Paint peeling off the ceiling in the bathrooms. Plug sockets not working or hanging off the wall. Metal beds that make so much noise when you move it wakes up the whole floor.
