LikedThe location is excellent!

DislikedThe replenishment of the toiletries was super poor. You go into the shower to find out there is no shampoo. Vanity kits were not replenished - for this price point this is extremely disappointing. Staff at the reception and porters are extremely kind.

Likedthe bed comfort was 10/10 the doorman was very polite and kind

Dislikedthe wardrobe storage was too small the bathroom was old with brown/yellow stains on bath the charge for bottle water in minibar was 13 dollars !! the restaurant and bar on site, were not accommodating and pretentious

LikedBed was comfy and room quiet with window shut. Location is good for walking everywhere.

DislikedReceptionist told us a whole different story from the one she told British Airways which ended us with an additional $450 room charge for 3 nights which could have been avoided. The bathroom was poor, shower gel empty for 3 days, huge hidden charges for wine, coffee, gym and wifi which we were never aware of. Gym and equipment, especially floor and mats were filthy and no towels provided in gym.

LikedThe hotel is well located for Penn Station and Grand Central, it is across the road from Whole Foods, there are great food and drink options nearby, and it has really good access to public transport for uptown or downtown. We really liked the offer of a tea/coffee in reception each morning (as the rooms are really too small to offer anything in the room). There was also a complimentary glass of wine at 5pm for those interested.

DislikedThe room is tiny, although the bed is fabulous, it just takes up most of the room! Bathroom is a good size but it is looking a bit tired with a step in bath and shower curtain. Aircon was quite noisy.
