Yes. Your points will expire 12 months after your last order date, unless you make another purchase within that timeframe.

No. Your points can only be applied to items in your cart, they cannot be used on shipping or taxes.

Your coupon will be emailed to you after you opt into our mailing list. You can opt in by checking the signup box when you first create your account, by entering your email in the box above the footer on every page of the website, or by entering your email in one of the signup pop-ups that appears during your visit. Note: only valid for new subscribers.

If you cancel, void, or return an order that you earned points for, those points will also be cancelled and be automatically be removed from your points balance.

If you only cancel/return part of your order, only the portion of the points that you earned for the refunded portion of the order will be removed from your points balance.

Eden Reforestation Projects reduces extreme poverty and restores healthy forests by employing local villagers to plant millions of trees every year. Eden takes a holistic approach to reforestation and ecological restoration. They partner with villages committed to restoring their forest, and then hire and train locals to plant new trees. The reforestation provides the villagers with consistent income that helps them provide for their families. The villagers protect their new forests because they have a vested interest in them, and as a result, the seedling survival rate is an astounding 80%. When natural generation is factored in, the rate is even higher. Only native trees are ever planted.

We partner with Empower AS. Empower operates by setting up collection points around the world together with local partners (NGOs or charities). Once set up, these partners issue financial rewards in exchange for plastic deposits. All plastic is digitally registered upon collection, allowing Empower to trace the recovered plastic back up the supply chain, and keeping tabs on how it ends up being reused. The plastic is cleaned up by underprivileged locals in poor communities. The plastic collection is a huge opportunity for these waste pickers, as they are given a stable amount of money per kilo of plastic collected. Locals that choose to be waste pickers can multiply their daily income – which for them means food, security and opportunity.

You'll proceed through our checkout with the impact product in your cart and a discount applied to bring your total to $0 - so your points pay for the whole order!

Once we receive your donation order, we match it and send it over to our impact partners who put the money to work supporting ocean cleanup and reforestation.

We can only reward points for following and sharing on social if you use the links in the Rewards widget to do so. If you navigate directly to your social account and share from there, we are not able to see or reward the action.

Click follow or share next to the social media reward you want to earn and follow the link to the platform to complete the action. Once you have followed or shared within the social media platform, the points will be applied to your account.

Through the Rewards widget, you can share your referral link via Facebook, X and/or email a friend directly. You can also share it by copying and pasting the referral link in other social media platforms, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.

Once your friend clicks on the referral link, they will be redirected to Outdoorplay.com, where they will need to enter their email address in a prompt to get their special discount code via e-mail. Your friend will need to manually copy and paste the code for it to be applied at checkout.

When your friend makes a purchase with the special discount code, the referral is considered completed, you will receive an email notification of your referral reward, and you can access your $15 off coupon in the widget under 'Your rewards.'

If your friend places an order from Outdoorplay through your referral, you will receive a $15 off coupon.

After the referral is complete, you can access the coupon by opening the Rewards widget in the bottom left corner of the screen and clicking 'Your rewards.'
