LikedIt is in a convenient location to Union Station and the Capitol. We liked the refreshed look as we also stayed here at the beginning of the pandemic.
DislikedThe lighting system is very confusing. It was also a little awkward to have to go outside our room to get morning coffee.

Please don’t stay here! Location is the best thing & only good thing about this place. The room was clean & beds were comfortable but not worth the extra charge of $35 a night. Staff at front desk were helpful only after complaining to Agoda, we had asked for two rooms either connecting or at least on same floor when I booked the hotel & messaged the hotel too but when we arrived we were told it was impossible we were assigned 7th floor & 5th floor. They said they had never received the message even though they responded to my message. We had our granddaughter with us in our room. So it was impossible with their system for us to go to their floor without a key card for that floor. Fortunately they moved us to 5th floor with our other party that night. Front desk does not go out their way to be accommodating they seem irritated with us being civil, but not friendly at all. When asked about the $35 fee we were told it was for a city tax which later we found out we could have used $10 of it towards a daily credit in the restaurant. No mention of that when we checked in. Just not worth it to stay here I would not recommend it at all and I don’t plan on booking anything through Agoda again getting them to do something was difficult as well.

$35 charge per day for “WiFi, gym access and pool access” which is a mandatory charge. Never used any of that and it’s quite annoying to be forced to pay. Then there’s no microwave in room, no coffee maker, and the mini fridge barely worked at all. It was a clean room albeit it’s small and the walls seemed quite thin. There isn’t a whole lot of food options or convenience stores near by but it is close to the capital.
