LikedLocation, friendly staff, spacious room, comfy bed, A/C not too loud and helped drown out the street noise. Great hotel bar (Scarpetta’s) Would LOVE to buy an amenity bar “hutch” similar to what is in rooms. Housekeeping personnel was very lovely and hospitable. Front desk team was very accommodating and responded timely to requests or maintenence requests.
Disliked- no coffee maker in room and ird coffee too expensive. - very slow drain in sink. Remedied once FD was notified - limited IRD menu items and times - shower showing signs of neglected cleaning with mold in grout. - could use nightstand on opposite side of beds. Backup set of pillows in room - lack of map and highlights of immediate area. - lack of overnight IRD.

LikedIt was clean, comfortable and cozy. Great location and nice, helpful staff. Awesome Italian restaurant "Scarpetta" at the hotel.
