LikedThe reception area is pretty big and nice and always busy with so many guests since the price is one of the most affordable in that area. They have some restaurants and stores (even ABC stores!). It's really convenient to buy something for breakfast or snacks. They even provide free refill water station near the elevator on the ground floor. Our room is quite basic and not too big, but we get everything we need . Bed is very comfy, and they give many pillows too.
DislikedThey provide housekeeping services every other day, but we may opt into their Go Green Program and receive $15 food & beverage credit for each day service is refused. We were supposed to get $30 credit, but when we wanted to use it, they had a problem with the system, so they said they would reimburse after we paid to the restaurant. At first they said they would give cash reimbursement, but then they said it would be credited to our credit card after we gave them copy of the receipt. Until now we haven't got any reimbursement, so disappointing.

LikedCheck in was good, but some computer problems. But, front desk did a good job managing this. Room and location were very good. Across from beach..close to everything..

DislikedThe bathrooms were quite small. Staff was not super accommodating with our attempts to extend a stay.
